Esmeralda took good care of me very nice hard... working woman! Had my gun I ordered from a store out of state to here because they are FFL store. Gun came in damaged but Esmeralda took good care of the problems! She made sure my gun was sent back to the store I purchased from, she made a personal trip to return my pistol which was a drive for her I’m sorry! Long story short got a replacement for my pistol the background check was quick and simple and she made sure I was all good.
